Denise Lauzon is an Esthetician, and creator of the line. Denise has owned her own spas and created her own signature facial treatments. After reading the labels of expensive, chemical filled products, Denise began creating her own facial scrubs, and creams. Preferring a more holistic approach, she made healing creams, using natural ingredients, and aromatherapy oils; favourites such as fresh pink grapefruit, lavender, and chamomile adding a few drops to every batch. Making trips to the local vineyard and drying her own grape seed, for her special scrubs.

The first signature product that created demand was made in ≠her kitchen. It was formulated with aloe vera gel, soothing botanicals, and scented with pure chamomile oil. It was made in small batches, and poured into cobalt blue jars. It was called “Dream Cream” and before long clients were requesting their own jar. This is the cream that launched Metamorphosis.

More extensive research was required for an Anti-aging cream. A year was spent researching botanicals, actives, and specialty ingredients to put into her creams. Denise had a goal to develop products that were as scientifically advanced as the leading companies in the industry. She was relentless in the pursuit of actives that could affect the skin significantly. Denise created a complex for Metamorphosis, composed of five botanicals that have advanced anti-aging and anti-inflammatory capabilities. This is Metamorphosis exclusive Viridis-5, and is added to all the facial products. Ingredients were removed that were harmful, and no perfumes were added, only pure aromatherapy oil to treat the senses, and calm the skin.

Denise has studied natural medicine for years, and has great respect for the healing capabilities, and the significance plants have to cosmetic science, and medicine. Metamorphosis works with innovative companies that are leaders in scientific advances in natural biological active ingredients.
